NIOS Mission Statment

BenNorthern Illinois Operation Snowball inspires and empowers teen leaders, with the help of adult supervisors, to promote self-awareness and support self-growth, encourage healthy decision-making, instill confidence, build teamwork, and celebrate diversity in a community of caring. To fulfill the mission we encourage:
